DESIGN FEATURE
Pocketless Design
- The cavity between ball and body is designed with Pocketless design to minimize cavity size.

- Reduced problems such as sticking, inoperability, and build up caused by ball valve cavity.

- Prevents internal fluid from directly damaging the valve body during valve open / close operation.

- Fluid infiltrated into the valve body flows out again during valve open / close operation

Effect : Prevents irreparable damage.
        Prevents sticking of valve action.
        Increased valve life.

Seat Design
Scraper Seat Design
- Scraper remove sand, slurry, catalyst on Ball, Seat’s Sealing area.

- Prevent to sticking of valve operation.

- Protection of Ball, Seat surface and extend valve life cycle.
Seat Packing
- Maximization of sealing effect due to angular variation of seat packing.

- Side Dust Seal is prevent fluid inflow, deposition, sticking, etc. inside the seat spring and prolong valve life.

Design Explanation
Our special valves as below ;

- VALVE is available in Metal to Metal seated design to endure High temperatures of up to +700 ℃, equipped with a special designed stem,

   packings, and loaded seat design.

- A valve is designed to allow high temperature isolation work, and the actuator, or operation part, is designed to be protected

  from high temperature service.

Design Explanation

- VALVE is available in Metal to Metal seated design for Abrasive and Erosion Service, equipped with

  special designed scraper design seat and high hardness material.

- The valve ball and seat is of high hardness material, and is not easily damaged from the service fluid.

  Bidirectional sealing and the scraper seat design enable products to maintain the sealing and long-term operation.

  These are to prevent the damage from service fluid and erosion from inside passing.
